Welcome to Sojifo Lakosi Pte Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our document verification, preparation, translation, and certification services in Singapore.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Services Description

We provide professional document services including but not limited to:

• Verification of document authenticity
• Preparation of legal and business documents
• Translation of documents between various languages
• Certification and notarization of documents
• Template document services

All services are provided in accordance with Singapore laws and regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your document needs
• Submit documents in the required formats
• Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not submit fraudulent or misleading documents

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Fees

Our fees are based on the type of service, document complexity, and urgency. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website. Payment is due upon service confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to complete the requested service
• If there is an error on our part
• As required by Singapore consumer protection laws

No refunds will be issued for completed services or if the client provides incorrect information.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Document complexity
• Third-party verification requirements
• Government processing times
• Volume of work at time of submission

Expedited services are available for an additional fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All template documents, forms, and other materials we provide remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your personal or business needs, but may not resell, redistribute, or modify them without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client documents and information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). However, we may be required to disclose information if legally compelled to do so.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our document services
• We do not guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
